Scope- Demo existing Secret Service Office, move kitchen, install I.T. room, and add 1 restroom with shower.
Space became a mess after having to trench into adjoining unoccupied space. Tapped into the existing drain and vent lines. Ran new drains underground, patch and repair for new flooring.
